Customer Service, Marketing

Marketing/Sales or heavy customer service exp. a must. Part time hours flexable or full time 8:30 AM to 6 PM Monday-Friday.


Secretary

Excel exp. is required. Create spread sheets, data entry, collections, handle work orders and more.


Service Writer

Busy company seeking professional with excellent people skills. Must have great customer service exp.


Receptionist

Handle multi-line phone, data entry, and assist walk-ins. Friendly co-workers. Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM.


Office

Greet customers, customer service, and general office duties. Entry level position. 


Legal Office

Friendly, professional needed for front desk and diversified office duties. Must be able to multi-task. 


Front Desk

Seeking min. of "1" year exp. in law office. Must be organized, self starter with good office skills. Rankin County office.​​


Manager Assistant

Assist with phones, scheduling, paper work, and more. Will consider full time or part time employee. 


Receptionist/Clerical

Previous exp. with multi-line phones is required. Will assist in other areas of office as needed. Mon-Friday and one Saturday a month.

Reconcile daily sales, accounts payable and data entry. Must be able to multi-task.

Mon-Fri, 8 AM - 5 PM. Quickbooks exp. a must. General office duties, posting, heavy customer service and handle all day to day operations.


Fullcharge Bookkeeper

Must have 10+ years exp. Great pay w/ benefits. Must be willing to work full-time. Exp. in a CPA office a huge plus.
